The Federal government now owns 46% of all land in the west. They own 87% of Nevada alone. They are taking this land unconstitutionally. In Nevada less than 10% was taken by constitutionally allowed means. The American Antiquities Act of 1906 was misused in large part in the unprecedented Land Grab by Former President Clinton. CARA (Giving $450 million to State & Local Governments to purchase private property in the guise of Land Conservation) and Agenda 21(using environmental concerns) are also being used to confiscate private and public lands. RS2477 was used in Jarbidge Nevada to fight against this land grab, so far successfully. Many of our parks are being placed under United Nations control and we are loosing our National Sovereignty. Our Mission is to educate and keep you informed on this situation in our country. We had many hopes when President Bush came into the Presidency and appointed Gale Norton. And though I support President Bush in most every other issue and the war on terrorism, we still need to be watchful on our private property rights. That is the Mission of Stop Fed Land Grab.
Now our homes are not even safe thanks to a Supreme Court ruling. Our property rights are being taken from us one by one. This has to stop. |
